NEW four-piece Vice have set their sights on stealing JLS's boyband crown this year.

Scott Ritchie, 23, from Stirling, Luke White, 22, from Essex, Kevin McGuire, 22, from Liverpool, and Staz Nair, 18, from Moscow, hope to make it big after being signed up to R & R Management, which has former EMI group CEO Eric Nicoli as chairman.
The lads insist a lack of competition will leave the door open for them to take on JLS in the coming months.

Staz said: "There are not a lot of bands in the JLS mould. I like what they do but we are coming to take over soon.
"For the last year we have lived together and that has helped us grow as a group."

The Russian already has one celebrity fan in Katie Price, who recently intimated that she had the hots for him. Luke also dated Frankie Sandford of The Saturdays.

Staz said: "We met Jordan at the London Clothes Show and she was great. She took a liking to me. She was taken, sadly, and I was heartbroken, although she'd eat me alive."
Kevin added: "We are going to have to sort it out about the girls. We had a meeting the other day with the PR girls and they were telling us who was available. Scott and I are going to fight over Pixie Lott.
"It is difficult because we've been so busy. Our career is the priority at the moment.
"We have been working hard for the past year. We didn't want to rush things for 15 minutes of fame. We want longevity in this industry. X Factor is not for us because we want a creative input in what we do."

Luke and Scott have had plenty of experience being in a famous boyband, having earned their stripes as Howard and Jason in a Take That tribute act called Want You Back Take That. And now they want to make it under their own names.

Scott said: "My manager and I got the band together. I had been in tribute bands with Luke and we knew Kevin from a dance troupe. Then Staz joined too.
"I have done a few different projects but nothing seemed right. We have a massive say in Vice and this time the band clicked. We're not going to be one hit wonders."

Luke joked: "If this doesn't work, we'll set up a Jedward tribute act."
